Jackie Hodges was appointed to his first term of Chief Administrative Officer in October 2022 after serving as assistant superintendent since August 2015. Jackie has been an employee of the highway department since May of 2007. Jackie is certified by the Tennessee Highway Officials Certification Board and also obtained his Certified Public Administrator Certificate.
Jackie has been married to his wife Veronica since 1998 and they have two daughters, Andrea and Amber.

This responsibility includes paving, grading, tar & sealing, ditching, salting and snow removal.

Founded in 1803, Dickson County was named for William Dickson, a Nashville physician and legislator who reportedly was a friend of President Andrew Jackson. Dickson County's rich history includes industry in the iron furnaces of Cumberland Furnace.
